Our in-house design team has in depth knowledge of interior design and can draw from our extensive portfolio of furniture, lighting & homewares to provide you with inspiration, creative guidance and practical solutions to meet your lifestyle needs. We can help you furnish an entire home or a singular space. No matter the request, the finished result will be one of the highest quality and meet your personal aesthetic.
What to expect:
1. Initial Consultation (1-2hrs)
Initial Consultation (1-2hrs). Our experienced Design Consultant can visit your home to discuss your vision, lifestyle needs and individual style. During this initial meeting, we will get to know your needs, understand your style, vision and requirements for the space.Â
This is a wonderful opportunity for our designer to become acquainted with your home and lifestyle, to develop a beautiful and considered concept to suit you. We will discuss the Loam range including all furniture and homeware options that will best suit your space, lifestyle and aesthetic.
Proposal. After our initial consultation, we will prepare a proposal with furniture and homewares selections and pricing. We will then organise a follow up meeting in store to go through the proposal and work with you to make your final selections. In this session we will go through upholstery and fabric options, timbers and finishes.
Ordering: Once your selection has been finalised, we require a 50% deposit up front to proceed with your order. Payment of the outstanding balance is required prior to handover of goods.
Delivery & Installation: Delivery includes assembly, rubbish removal and styling. On-site installations are optional and will be charged depending on the size of the job.
Our Design Service incurs an upfront fee of $250 at the time of the Initial Consult. A $250 credit can then be applied to orders that meet a minimum spend of $1000.
